Train the Trainer Program: Empowering Trainers for AI in the Public Sector
The “Train the Trainer Program: Empowering Trainers for AI in the Public Sector” at Angsana Teluk Bahang, brought together 30 senior officers from across governmental agencies to tackle pressing challenges through the power of AI.
From September 30 to October 5, 2024, participants immersed in an intensive five-day training developed in collaboration with Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK).
Addressing Key Challenges with AI Solutions: During the program, we focused on practical AI applications to address widespread issues in the public sector:
- Data Analysis & Processing: Leveraging AI for data integrity, dashboards, and simplifying processes, thereby enhancing forecasting, monitoring, and reducing manual errors.
- Automation: Streamlining emails, workflows, and CRM processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Training Enhancements: Utilizing AI to aid in training needs analysis, content development, and efficiency in educational tools like quizzes and tracking.
- Content and Communication: AI assisted in crafting compelling presentation materials, speeches, brochures, and digital content, ensuring high-quality, consistent communication.
- Advanced AI Integration: From project management to stakeholder communication, AI tools were shown to optimize scheduling, planning, and engagement strategies.
- Technical and Analytical Support: Demonstrating AI's capability in cybersecurity, legal documentation, programming, analytics, and even creating effective AI prompts.
The enthusiasm and proactive engagement from the trainers were inspiring. As they return to their roles, they are equipped not just with theoretical knowledge but practical AI solutions tailored to their everyday challenges.
